Our decades-long partnership has

We began working with Bavarian Workshop, an independent automotive service facility focusing on performance enhancements, maintenance, and repairs, shortly after it was purchased by Marc Norris in 1997. Marc wanted to expand his reach across Southern California, making Bavarian Workshop a regional leader in automotive services.

Our initial task was to give Bavarian Workshop's brand identity a refresh, updating its appearance while still remaining recognizable to existing customers. After implementing the new identity across printed materials and signage, we began developing advertising campaigns. We focused on local customers first, then expanded the campaign to publications with national distribution.

By advertising nationally alongside car manufacturers and auto parts retailers, it elevated the Workshop's brand and created a substantial impact on Southern California audiences. Enthusiasts began traveling from across the region to have Bavarian Workshop take their cars to the next level.

In addition to increasing the number of customers, the campaigns caught the attention of numerous aftermarket manufacturers. Dinan Engineering, the only U.S. aftermarket manufacturer recognized by BMW, offered Marc a dealership. Racing Dynamics followed suit.

Our decades-long collaboration is an excellent example of how building trusted partnerships can result in years of success.

He helped me by creating a look with new business cards and stationery. And then we started to develop a print advertising strategy.
